Enjoy a 5 course dinner with 6 matching wines from Pooley Vineyards you hear about the process of wine making as well as the growing climates and different estates of these diverse wines and the history of the renowned Pooley Vineyard. You will work your way through Pooley Wines, including The Matilda Sparkling - Pinot Chardonnay, Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah & Cane Cut Riesling. Each wine will be carefully curated and matched to each course working your way from Seafood, Poultry, Red Meats & Dessert.
